摘　　要：在人才竞争中争取主动，保持优势，一直是珠海发展的首要战略。本文从人才现状和结构、面临的机遇和挑战、存在的优势和瓶颈等角度对珠海人才形势进行了深入系统的剖析、论述，并在此基础上提出了发展对策和可操作性建议。To play an active role and maintain advantageous in the talents competition has been being the primary strategy of Zhuhai＇ s development. The author has made an in-depth analysis and exploration of current status of Zhuhai＇ s talents in terms of talents-related situation, structure, opportunities, challenges, existing advantages and bottleneck, etc., and thereupon has put forward countermeasures and workable suggestions.
