摘 要:采用YAG纳秒激光器在45#钢平板试样表面制备纹理,考察了不同润滑状态下表面纹理对摩擦学性能的影响.45#钢表面纹理采用了不同间距的点、槽和网格形貌,并在UMT-Ⅱ试验机上与SiC钢球配副,分别在石蜡和机油润滑条件下进行往复摩擦试验,得出了试验条件下的Stribeck曲线.结果表明,在Hersey数较小时,纹理的引入不利于材料摩擦系数的降低,Hersey数的增加有助于摩擦学性能的提高.网格状纹理间距越小摩擦系数越大.网格状形貌试样相对于点和凹槽形貌试样,表现出更好的摩擦学性能.Friction and wear of 45 # Steel surface textured by YAG laser was investigated under different lubrications. The patterns of surface texture were circular, groove and crossed grooved depressions with different texture span. Steel run against SiC ball lubricated by paraffin and engine oil was tested in reciprocating mode. The Stribeck cuives in the experimental conditions was obtained. The friction coefficient of textured surfaces was higher than polished surface if Hersey number was small. With increasing Hersey number the textured surface became beneficial for reducing friction and wear. The friction coefficient of cross grooved surface increased with decreasing the span of texture. The cross groove surface also showed the smallest friction and wear properties of all three textured surfaces.
