摘  要:磁头滑块承载面结构优化设计是提高硬盘存储密度的主要方法之一,目前优化设计的方法主要分为拓扑优化和尺寸优化两大类,2种方法都存在着各自的优缺点.本文将两种方法有机地结合在一起,来弥补其各自的缺点.同时,在拓扑优化的过程中对滑块的结构进行了一定的限制,以满足实际使用的要求.由于飞高低于5 nm,因此在设计过程中还考虑了分子间力的影响.仿真结果表明,采用该方法进行磁头滑块承载面的结构优化可以取得很好的磁头飞行效果.Optimum topology design of sliders is one of the main methods for improving the storage density of hard disk. At present, the optimization methods of slider topology design include the topology optimization method and dimension optimization method. Both of the two methods have their own advantages and disadvantages. In this article, the two methods were combined together to compensate their disadvantages. The structure of the slider was also refined during the optimization to meet the requirement of practical application. Because it was aimed to design the flying height of less than 5 nm, intermolecular force was also taken into consideration. The simulation results show that the optimized slider exhibited good flying characteristics.
