摘　　要：设计实现了B/S架构的嵌入式远程网络视频监控系统,介绍了linux下Spcaserv流媒体服务器的工作原理,成功移植Spcaserv到嵌入式系统上,实现了服务器端的设计;在客户端浏览器使用JAVA插件,从而通过IE浏览器实现对远程实时视频监控。该系统也可用于多监控中心的视频监控,较当前基于PC的视频监控系统具有更强的通用性,便携性及十分优越的性价比。Embedded Remote Video Monitoring by Internet System of B/S Framework is designed and Implemented in the paper. How is work of stream sever in linux are Introduction, and linux spcaserv is transited to embedded system in success,in the end, server side design are finished. In the computer of client, the client can real-timely remote video monitoring by IE browser with Java plugin. The system can also be used for video monitoring center with several video input at the some time. There are more strongpoint than the current video monitoring system based on PC, such as, more versatile, portable and cost-effectiveo
