摘　　要：CORBA作为一种软件中间件,使软件开发人员可以跨平台集成软件模块。CORBA采用客户端/服务器的编程模型,运用IDL语言编写的客户端程序,可以通过CORBA的对象请求代理(ORB)调用服务器的IDL语言编写的系统对象的服务,实现分布式应用。因此,CORBA标准的建立并不是面向嵌入式系统的,在应用到嵌入式等有限资源系统时,受到自身特性的限制。为此,OMG组织推出了一种特种CORBA。这就是embeddedCORBA,它是CORBA一个子集,专门面向嵌入式系统应用。文章分析了embeddedCORBA在CORBA规范基础上做的改进,并分析了其不完善之处,并对实际的embeddedCORBA系统设计,提出了部分改进方案。As a software medium, the CORBA enables the software developer to integrate software modules on cross-platform. The CORBA uses the end-user/service program mode and the IDL end-user program to realize its functions in distribution. Therefore, the standards of CORBA are not embedded and self-restrained while applied in some exhaustible resources like the embedded system. For this reason, the OMG developed a special CORBA known as the embedded CORBA. It is a subset of the CORBA that is specifically used in some embedded systems. This paper analyzes the merits and defects of the Embedded CORBA and puts forward a preliminary plan for its improvement.
