摘  要:柴油机尾气微粒过滤器(DPF)是公认的减少柴油内燃机的排气微粒最有效的手段之一,然而,DPF的有效再生离不开一个自动的、可靠的,低成本的控制系统。本文就这种需要出发,介绍了基于AT89C52的DPF再生控制系统的软硬件设计。该系统已随车安装,经过半年多的运行,结果表明该控制系统是可行并满足实际需要的。In order to reduce particulate emissions from diesel engine, diesel particulate filter (DPF) receives much recognition as one of the most effective tools. However, a reliable, low cost and automatic control system was an indispensable part for DPF regeneration in effect. Such a control system based on AT89C52 was detailed proposed in this paper. This system was retrofitted to a truck to conduct a field test, which has been under way for half a year without any trouble of system performance. It shows that this automatic control system is oractical and is able to meet the exoectant demands.
