摘　　要：本文针对当前电力系统线路巡视管理中存在的问题,提出了基于GPS、GSM技术相结合的线路巡视监控方案,论述了GIS数据库建设、电网线路拓扑构建、GPS设备选配以及GSM短消息中心的建设,本系统的研究提高了线路巡视效率与巡视质量,为电网巡视提供了现代化管理手段。This article aim at present problem of electric power system circuitry patrol in management, put forward electric power circuitry patrol monitor and control project based on GPS,GSM technology. This article dissertation GIS database huilding electrified wire netting circuitry topology and match GPS equipment,GSM short message center building,Study of the system improve on efficiency and quality of circuitry patrol , offered modernization manage means for electrified wire netting patrol.
