摘  要:对82株临床分离的氟喹诺酮药物(Fluoroquinolones,FQNS)耐药菌进行了多种抗生素敏感试验。结果显示82株耐药菌对5种药物耐药率分别为:诺氟沙星97.56%、依诺沙星96.34%、罗美沙星95.12%、氧氟沙星92.68%、环丙沙星87.8%。32株菌对FQNS存在较普遍的交叉耐药现象,对氨苄青霉素、庆大霉素、丁胺卡那霉素及头孢菌素类的多重耐药率也较高。82株菌中有43株菌携带质粒(52.44%)。质粒消除及转化实验结果表明:质粒与FQNS耐药性无关。A study was taken to evaluate the susceptibility patterns of Gram negative bacilli(82 Strains) isolated from patients. All of the strains,which include E. coli(65 strains),P.aeruginosa(7 strains), E. cloacal(4 strains).Ac. anitratum(3 strains),P.vulgaris(l strain),K.Pneurmoniae (1 strain), and A. faecalis (1 strain),were studied for suscepitibility to five kinds of fluoroquinolones(FQNS), ampicillin (Amp), gentamycin(GM), amikacin(AMK), cefoperazone(CPZ),cefazilin (CEZ),imipenem(IMP) by a tube dilution method,The result showed that the rates of resistance to norloxacin (NFLX) was 97.5%, enoxacin(ENX) 96.34%,lomefloxacin (LMLX) 95.2%, ofloxacin(OFLX) 92.68%,and ciprofloxacin(CPLX) 87.8%,respectively.Cross-resistances to five kinds of FQNS exist extensively.Plasmid profile showed that 43 strains include plasmids (52.44%) and no FQNS resistant plasmid was detected.
