摘　　要：Ehp—ephfin系统是新发现的一个重要的血管生成调节系统，广泛参与体内生长发育和病理过程中的血管生成和调节。近年来的研究揭示，Ehp—ephrin系统在眼部血管生成和调节中具有十分重要的作用，可能参与角膜、视网膜和脉络膜新生血管形成过程，在糖尿病视网膜病和早产儿视网膜病患者等眼部疾病的发病过程中发挥重要作用。深入研究Ehp-ephrin系统可能对理解眼部血管增生性疾病的发病机制和寻找潜在的治疗靶点具有重要意义。Ehp-ephrin system is an important angiogenesis regulation system involved in the process of angiogenesis in development and pathogenesis. Many recent researches have shown that the Ehp-ephrin system also should be involved in physiological and pathological angiogenesis in human eye. It may be involved in process of corneal angiogenesis, retinal neovascularization and choroid neovascularization, and it participated in the formation of diabetic retinopathy and retinopathy of prematurity （ROP）. Further studies of Ehpephrin system can help to understand the mechanism of angiogenesis in eye disease and to find candidate treatment targets.
