摘　　要：Periostin是一种细胞外基质蛋白。Periostin的mRNA及蛋白水平在血管损伤后明显升高，参与血管损伤后平滑肌增殖过程。心肌梗死后，Periostin在心肌中的表达明显增强，与心肌梗死后瘢痕修复有关，并参与梗死后心室重塑过程。Periostin还可能参与心力衰竭后心肌肥厚及间质重构过程，在心血管系统损伤后修复及重构的病理生理过程起重要作用，可能成为缺血性心脏病新的调控靶点。本文就Periostin与缺血性心脏病关系的相关研究进行综述。Periosfin is an extracellular matrix protein. The mRNA and protein levels of periostin were strongly upregulated after vascular injury,and participate with smooth muscle cell differentiation and migration. Periostin was highly expressed in the myocardium after myocardial infarction and contributed to wound healing and scarfing. In addition,periostin was involved in the process of myocarium hypertrophy and interstitial remodeling in heart failure. Periostin play an important role in pathophysiology of cardiovascular remodeling after injury and may be a new target of ischemie heart disease. This article reviewed the relationship between periostin and ischemic heart disease.
