摘　　要：大血管病变是2型糖尿病的主要死因。引起大血管病变的危险因素多种多样且通常相互关联，深入了解并积极控制这些危险因素对2型糖尿病的防治尤为重要。本文综述了代谢、遗传、年龄、性别、生活方式等多种因素与大血管病变之间的联系及可能的发病机制。The macrovascular disease is the most common death cause of type 2 diabetes. Many risk factors have been demonstrated to contribute to macrovascular disease. It is important to understand and control these factors for prevention and controlling of type 2 diabetes. This article reviewed the metabolism, heredity, age, gender,life style, their association with macrovascular diseases, and its possible pathogenesis.
