摘　　要：糖尿病严重危害人类的身体健康。许多糖尿病患者的降糖治疗都需要使用胰岛素，但有些患者因为使用不方便和害怕疼痛等原因不愿意注射胰岛素，非入侵式的胰岛素给药途径尤其是吸入胰岛素的发展给这些糖尿病患者带来了福音。本文就吸入胰岛素的分类、优点以及临床应用情况等方面的研究进展予以综述。Diabetes mellitus（DM） is seriously harmful to human health. Many patients with DM need insulin to lower the level of blood surgar,but some of these patients do not like injectable insulin for its inconvenient use and pain et al. The development of non invasive insulin and inhaled insulin especially bring benefits to the patients with DM. This article reviews inhaled insulin about its classification, advantages and clinical application et al.
