人工全髋置换改善强直性脊柱炎患者晚期髋关节功能29例报道

摘　　要：目的观察人工全髋关节置换术改善强直性脊柱炎患者晚期髋关节功能的疗效。方法对29例强直性脊柱炎患者行人工全髋关节置换术，采用Harris评分系统进行临床效果评价，术后随访4～52个月。结果术后仅1例髋关节疼痛需服用药物止痛。髋关节主动屈伸活动度由术前的0°～33°增加到术后的112°-183°；Harris评分由术前的32～49分增加至术后80—89分。29例均未发生假体松动。结论人工全髋关节置换术改善强直性脊柱炎患者晚期髋关节功能疗效确切，明显降低止痛药物需求量。Objective To observe the effects of improving the artieulatio coxae function in advanced stage ankylosing spondylitis sufferer by artificial total hip replacement. Methods 29 patients with ankylosing spondylitis are treated with artificial total hip replacement, use harris scoring system to evaluate the clinical effects,Postoperative follow-up is about 4 - 52 months. Results Only I patient need medicine to relieve pain. The initiative flection and extend of articulatio coxae add to 112° - 183° from 0- 33°, Harris score add to 80 - 89 from 32 - 49 - 29 patients have not happened prosthesis cinch. Conclusion The artificial total hip replacement have curative effect exactly to improve hip joint function of patients with ankylosing spondylitis in advanced stage, siganficantly reduce the demand for antalgesica.
