摘　　要：BL localization in cotyledonof immature seed and petal cells ofBrassica campestris L. were studied using immunogold electron microscoopy .The results showed that, in cells ofcotyledon of immature seed, much moregold particles were localized in nucleiand cytoplasm (Plate I-3, 4), but nogold particles were found in vacuolesand cell walls (Plate I-4). In petalcells gold particles were found mainly innuclei, and only few in the cytoplasm(Plate I-1 1, 2).
