摘　　要：目的:探索地震灾害医院内紧急救援模式,提高创伤救治效率。方法:分析总结我院2008年5月12～31日救治1 912例地震伤病人的临床资料。结果:死亡42例,创伤早期死亡率为2.2%,手术989例,转出治疗844例,治愈出院997例,继续治疗29例。结论:全院统一组织、高效协调配合、规范救援实施行为是医院救援成功的关键,可减少合并伤,降低伤残率及死亡率。Objective ：To investigate the rescue mode of earthquake disaster in hospital, and to make trauma care more effectively. Methods：To analyze the chnieal data of the 1912 cases of Wenehuan earthquake from May 12,2008 to ,May 31 2008.Results：The death was 42,the death rate was 2.2% ,989 got operation,844 transfered for further treatment,997 discharged after early wound stage,29 got continue caring.Conclusion：It is important to unify and organize, cooperate and have a standard rescue behavior for having a succeeding hospital rescue, which may decrease the associated injury, lower disability rate and death rate.
