摘　　要：目的:探讨曲安奈得联合肤疾宁帖膏治疗瘢痕疙瘩的疗效。方法:148例患者采用曲安奈得加利多卡因联合肤疾宁治疗瘢痕疙瘩,观察疗效。结果:148例患者治疗后疼痛瘙痒消除,瘢痕不同程度变平变软缩小,颜色变浅,随访半年无明显复发。结论:曲安奈得联合肤疾宁帖膏治疗瘢痕疙瘩效果好、疗效可靠。Objective：To explore the effect of keliod treatment with triameinolone acetonide combined Fujining. Methods：Investigating and analyzing the patients treated with the medicine.Results：All 148 patients had satisfied curative effect after the treatment of triameinolone acetonide combined Fujining.Six-month follow-up showed no recurrence.Conclusion：Triameinolone acetonide combined Fujining is safe and effective for treating keloid.
