特定电磁波治疗仪辅助治疗新生儿重症肺炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨特定电磁波治疗仪(简称TDP)辅助治疗新生儿重症肺炎的疗效。方法:将69例重症肺炎新生儿随机分为实验组和对照组,对照组按常规方法治疗,实验组在常规治疗方法的基础上辅以TDP背部照射。结果:实验组患儿治疗后深部痰培养转阴率、肺部X线阴性率、临床症状持续时间、治愈率均明显优于对照组,P<0.05。结论:TDP用于治疗新生儿重症肺炎能有效促进疾病痊愈。Objective：To discuss the effect of specilized electromagnetic wave therapeutic apparatus （TDP） on neonatal severe pneumonia.Methods：Sixty nine neonates with severe pneumonia were admitted in the neonatal intensive care unit of the children＇s hospital affiliated to Chongqing University of Medical Sciences.All infants were divided randomly into control group and experimental group. Thirty-four infants of the control group were treated with conventional therapy.Meanwhile,35 cases of the experimental group were treated by conventional therapy plus partial irradiation of TDP. The rates of sputum bacterial culture,X-ray, duration of symptom and the charge time were compared between the two groups. Results：The negative results rates of sputum bacteria/culture and pulmonary radiogram after treatment in the experimental group were statistically higher than those in the control group （P〈0.05）. The duration of symptom and hospital stay in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Treating neonatal severe pneumonia With TDP can speed up the recovering and improve the effects.
