39例大肠肿瘤伴急性肠梗阻一期切除吻合的围手术期护理

摘　　要：目的:探讨左半结肠癌伴急性肠梗阻的一期切除吻合并发症的围手术期护理。方法:回顾性分析2002～2007年我院收治的39例左半结肠癌致急性肠梗阻的病例资料。结果:本组病例全部行一期肠切除吻合。术后切口感染2例,吻合口漏1例,无手术死亡病例。结论:经积极的围手术期护理,一期肠切除吻合术是安全可行的。Objective：To investigate the perioperative nursing of the one-stage resection and anastomosis for acute obstruction of left colorectum careinoma.Methods：A retrospective analysis was made on the clinical data of 39 cases of acute intestinal obstruction caused by left colorectum carcinoma.Results：39 patients were cured by one-stage operation.3 cases were complicated with infection of incisional wound, 1 case was complicated with anastomofic leakage.Conclusion：One-stage resection and anastomosis with active perioperative nursing is a feasible operation for obstructive left colorectum carcinoma.
