从国际比价看我国能源比价关系的合理性

摘　　要：在我国能源供需波动的背景下,理顺国内能源比价关系,对能源产业协调发展、推进能源产品价格改革以及促进节能减排政策实施具有重要意义。本文对"能源比价关系的合理性"这一概念进行界定,并确立出评价标准,然后根据所选取的国际评价标准,采用国际平均以及美国、日本2个典型国家的能源比价关系对我国进行评价,最终结合评价结论提出促使我国能源比价关系趋向合理的政策建议。Getting a clear idea of domestic energy prices relations under recent volatile energy supply and demand in China is of great importance to harmonious development of the energy industry and the progress of energy products price reform, as well as the acceleration of the energy conservation and emission reduction policy. In the paper, it defines the concept of the rationality of energy prices relations, and establishes the evaluating standards firstly. According to the selected international standards, average international prices relations and prices relations in two representative countries, namely American and Japan, are chosen to evaluate energy prices relations in China. Finally suggestions are brought forward to make China＇s energy price relations more reasonable.
