摘　　要：网络经济时代,企业技术标准联盟是实现从R&D协作、专利标准化到标准产业化的重要组织形式。已有研究主要集中在技术标准化及其联盟的概念框架,以及一般战略联盟的绩效评价指标上。结合中国实践,深入、系统研究企业技术标准联盟治理的结构、机制及其有效性评价等问题。The existing studies focus on the conceptual framework of technological standardization and its alliance, as well as the performance evaluation indicators of strategic alliances. Based on Chinese practices, it has an important theoretical and practical significance to explore in -depth and systematically the governance structure, mechanism and effectiveness evaluation of enterprise technological standard alliance.
