强心通脉颗粒治疗慢性心衰的临床研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察强心通脉颗粒治疗慢性心力衰竭（CHF）的临床疗效及患者生活质量的改善。[方法]慢性心衰，患者60例随机分为两组，对照组30例采用西医常规治疗，治疗组30例西医常规治疗加用强心通脉颗粒，30天为1个疗程，平均随访5个月。观察患者的总体疗效、心功能变化及患者生活质量的改善情况。[结果]患者的总体疗效、临床症状治疗组与对照组比较有统计学意义（P〈0.01），心功能变化（P〈0.05），生活质量（P〈0.01），治疗前后比较有统计学意义。[结论]强心通脉颗粒对于CHF患者有确切疗效，能够改善患者症状及心功能，提高患者的生活质量。张艳‘闫峻’许卓。钟乐。李京淑。[Objective]To observe clinically the curative effect of Qiangxin decoction in treating Chronic Heart Failure（CHF） and the improvement of life quality with CHF patients.[Methods]60 patients suffering from CHF were randomly divided into two groups,30 patients in Control group were treated by regular treatment of western medicine .The other patients in treatment group were treated by regular treatment with Qiangxin decoction,30 days as one course. And to continue observing the patients after treating for 5 months. To observe the changement of overall curative effect and heart function and life quality with CHF patients.[Results]The overall curative effect and hospitalizing again were different in treatment group and Control group and had statistic significant（P〈0.01）,There were statistic significant differences of heart function（P〈0.05） and life quality（P〈0.01）before and after treatment.[Conclusion]Qiangxin decoction was a satisfactory treatment for chronic heart failure ,improved symptom and heart function, enhanced life quality for the patients with CHF.
