摘  要:甘蓝转生长素基因系G4325的基因组内插入有发根农杆菌pRi质粒上的生长素合成酶基因。该转基因系自交后,其M2代的植株仍保留异常的形态和生理特征:它们与未转化的正常植株(对照)相比,结球期提前,叶球变小,紧实度增加,外叶趋向松散的抱合,侧根数增多;腋芽扦插时不定根发生早而多,成活率显著高于对照;下胚轴在离体条件下培养时会自然发生大量不定根。结果表明,外源生长素基因在转基因植株后代上得到了表达,对叶球发育和根的分化具有一定的调节作用。与M1代不同,转基因系M2代植株雄蕊发育不健全,花粉少,在蕾期和花期自交后均不结实。4325 is a cabbage line transgenic for auxin gene,which contains a set of foreign auxin synthetase gene derived from pRi plasmid of Agrobacterium rhizogenes.After the transgenic line was selfcrossed,the progenies of M2 generation maintained the morphological and physiological abnormality M0 generation.Compared with normal plants untransformed (control),the transgenic line shows the following modifications:earlier heading,smaller leafy head with higher solidity and inner bending of the outer leaves.When anxilary buds were cut and explanted in soil,they differentiated the adventitious root earlier and more,and hence survived with high frequency.Meanwhile,the adventitious roots initiated spontaneously on hypocotyl segments under ascetic condition.Apparently,exogenous auxin gene was expressed on the transgenic plants and certainly regulated the development of leafy heads and roots.Unlike those of M1 generation,the stamens of M2 generation were abolished and had a few of pollen,and therefore sillique set and seed set were very low when pollination at bud stage was performed while no seed set seen when pollination a flowering stage.
