利用蓝粒标记选育VE型小麦不育保持系的研究初报

摘　　要：由一对来自长穗偃麦草的Ｅ染色体代换普通小麦Ｂ染色体引起雄性不育的ＶＥ型小麦不育系，由于缺乏稳定保持系而难以应用于杂种小麦生产。我们利用籽粒蓝色标记，初选出了ＶＥ型不育保持系，完善了ＶＥ型雄性不育体系。研究表明：４Ｅ染色体不仅带有蓝色胚乳基因和对隐性核基因控制的不育性具有恢复作用，而且对于Ｅ染色体代换造成的不育性具有恢复或者补偿效应。he ms character of the VE type male sterile line of wheat is caused by a pair of substitution chromosomes of Elytrigia elongata,but it lacks of stable maintainer.We have preliminarily bred out the maintainer and completed the system of VE type male sterile by grain blue marked.The study shows that not only the 4E chromosome have genes of the blue endosperm and restoring ability for the recessive nucleus male sterile,but also have the restoring or compensating response for the ms character of the substitution chromosome E.
