摘 要:在3000、1000、300和10lx的光照强度下,测定了中华鳖稚鳖的最大日摄食量和特定生长率。结果表明,光照强度对中华鳖稚鳖的最大日摄食量影响显著,随着光照强度的减弱,中华鳖稚鳖的最大日摄食量逐渐增加,二者之间呈线性负相关。特定生长率随着光照强度的减弱而增加,在10lx与3000lx光照强度组间特定生长率有显著差异。在本实验范围内,于10lx光照强度下,最大日摄食量和特定生长率达最大值。The maximum daily food consumption and specific growth rate,in the juvenile soft shelled turtle (Trionyx sinensis ) were measured under light intensity of 3 000, 1 000, 300 and 10 lx. Results from this study have demonstrated that light intensity had a significant effect on the maximum daily food consumption of the juvenile soft shelled turtle. The maximum daily food consumption showed negative linear relationship with light intensity. Specific growth rate also showed negative relationship with light intensity. There was a significant difference in the specific growth rate between 10 lx and 3 000 lx of light intensity. In the range of the experimental light intensity, both maximum daily food consumption and specific growth rate were the highest under 10 lx.
