摘　　要：目的:对比新的医疗服务价格执行前后医疗费用的结构变化,探索医疗价格体制改革对住院医疗费用的影响,分析其合理性。方法:采用回顾性调查方法,分别筛查某院2007年下半年和2008年上半年5种常见病种住院费用及费用构成,数据进行统计学处理。结果:新的医疗服务价格执行后各病种人均住院费用较前上涨,医疗费用结构发生变化,手术费、护理费大幅上涨。结论:新的医疗服务价格体现了医务人员的技术劳动价值,各病种住院费用构成逐步合理,但在抑制药品费、材料费等方面仍需进一步改进。Objective To present a contrast between the structural changes of the medical expenses before and after the realization of new medical service prices, to explore the influence of medical service pricing reform on inpatient medical expenses, and to analyze the rationality. Method The review investigation is applied by screening separately hospital expenses and the expenditure patterns of 5 kinds of common diseases between the second half of the year 2007 and the first half of 2008, with the data through statistical processing. Result With new medical service price carried out, there is a rise in the average individual inpatient expense of each sickness, a change in the medical expense structure, and a substantial increase in the expenditures for operations snd nursing. Conclusion The new medical service prices have manifested the value of medical personnel＇s technological work, and the inpatient expenditure pattern of each sickness is getting gradually reasonable, but it requires further improvement to suppress the charges on medicines and drugs, materials, etc.
