股骨头缺血性坏死数字减影血管造影及介入治疗效果观察

摘　　要：目的:通过研究股骨头缺血性坏死(ANFH)数字减影血管造影(DSA)及溶栓治疗疗效资料,探讨有效的介入治疗ANFH的方法。方法:对临床和影像诊断为ANFH的32例共51个股骨头采用Seldinger穿刺技术超选择性插管造影和介入治疗。结果:股骨头供血血管主要来自髂外动脉的旋股内动脉的分支,占89%;DSA表现为缺血性、淤血性、缺血和淤血并存。结论:超选择性插管介入溶栓术是ANFH有效的治疗手段。Objective：To explore an effective interventional therapy for avascular necrosis of femoral head（ANFH） by studying the digital subtraction angiography （DSA） and the clinical data. Methods：Thirty-two cases with 51 hips of ANFH which were diagnosed by clinical examination and radiology received treatment of thrombolysis and perfusing drugs through catheter. Results：The arteries of femoral head in 89% of the cases arose from the lateral femoral circumflex arteries and the imagings of DSA manifested as ischemia, congestion, or a combination of ischemia and congestion. Conclusions ： The interventional therapy for ANFH is effective for treatment of ANFH.
