摘　　要：遥感作为一种空间探测技术在农业上发挥着重要作用。EOS-MODIS卫星的发射为农业遥感提供了又一个重要的信息源。本文分析了MODIS的数据背景、特点及其在农作物估产、干旱及病虫害监测、秸秆焚烧监测等领域的应用状况,并对MODIS数据在农业应用中存在的问题及前景进行了分析。As a space exploration technology, remote sensing plays an important role in agriculture. The launch of EOS - MODIS satellite provides another important source of information for agriculture. In this paper, a detailed analysis of MODIS data＇ s background and characteristics was given, focusing on the crop yield estimation, drought and stalk burning monitoring, crop disease and pest monitoring. Finally, the problems present in agricultural applications were analyzed.
