河南省主要小麦品种系谱研究及核心种质利用

摘　　要：对河南省近20年小麦品种系谱分析表明,在河南省小麦品种选育中起骨干作用的亲本基本为三大系:地方品种辉县红及其衍生系、意大利"St"系统及其衍生系、意大利阿夫及其衍生系。并对主要系统衍生品种的利用情况进行了分析。分析说明加强对地方品种和从意大利引进品种的收集、鉴定与利用是非常重要的,同时指出了豫麦2号、周麦9号、豫麦49等作为亲本和品种的双重利用价值。为在小麦新品种选育上有所突破,今后必须注重收集小麦近缘植物,同时对地方品种作深入的鉴定分析,并进行远缘杂交和特殊性状材料的复交,以创造出更多的优异种质,供育种和生产利用。The parents playing a backbone part in Henan＇s wheat varieties could be divided into three systems, i. e. local variety Huixianhong and its derived lines, Italian ＂St＂ system and its derived lines, Italian Funo and its derived lines. This indicated that strengthening collection, evaluation and utilization of local varieties and introduced varieties from Italy was very important. And the double using value of Yumai 2, Zhoumai 9 and Yumai 49 were also pointed out in this paper. The collection of wild relatives of wheat should be paid more attention to. The local varieties should be evaluated and analyzed in depth. Distant hybridization and composite hybridization of materials with special traits should be carried out, so as to create more special germplasm which could be used in wheat breeding and production.
