摘　　要：利用TOPSIS方法和灰色关联分析的方法建立了高等学校教育信息化的评价模型,首先根据指标选取正、负理想学校,用灰色关联度取代了TOPSIS方法中的距离公式,计算出灰色关联系数矩阵,并利用因子分析法给出各个学校的因子总得分,克服了由经验得到的权重的主观性,最后根据相对贴近度的大小给出各个高等院校的信息化水平评价排序。Based on the TOPSIS and gray system theory, this paper gives the evaluation model of higher education information development. According to index system, the positive ideal college and minus ideal college are builded. The grey incidence analysis substitutes the distance formula. Based on factor analysis, the factor scores of the college are given. At last a ranking approach to the evaluation of the college is also obtained.
