摘　　要：机构动作存在多种失效形式,比如位移失效、速度失效等。针对多种失效的动作可靠性问题,基于动作可靠性仿真数据,给出了联合密度法、界限法和条件概率法的求解公式。在通过仿真数据获得相关系数的条件下,即可进行机构动作可靠性的综合评价,较之独立假设条件的结果,更接近实际。There are quite a few failure modes existing in the mechanism motion, e.g. displacement failure, velocity failure, etc. To solve the motion reliability problems about multi - failure modes, offers the solution procedures with joint probability density method, bound method and conditional probability based on the simulation result data. The integrated reliability evaluation of the mechanism motion can be carried out as long as the correlation coefficients are obtained. The result is more accurate than that obtained through independent parameter analysis.
