摘 要:以铁砂为原料制备一种尖晶石型铁氧体电波吸收材料,在7-12GHz范围,发现有两个吸收峰,吸收量在9-13db;将铁氧体吸收体和铁砂吸收体组成复合电波吸收材料,亦有两个吸收峰,一峰向低频区偏移,吸收量增至14.5db;以复合吸收体为基础材料,在其中添加六角铁氧体和稀土元素,可改变吸收峰位置,提高吸收量,最大可达27db。Have iron sand as raw material to manufacture a kind of spine ferrite electric wave absorption material, and ranging between 7and 12 GHz, two absorption peaks have been discovered, and the absorption quantity is between 9 and 13 db; during the course of composing compound electric wave absorption material with ferrite absorption substance and iron sand absorption substance, there are also two absorption peaks, one of which shifting towards low frequency area with the absorption quantity increasing to14.5db; have the compound absorption substance as basic materials, and add to it magnetoplumbite ferrite sand rare-earth element, then we can change the position of the absorptionp eaks and increase the absorption quantity which can reach the climax of 27dB.
