摘　　要：为了解决我国当前油气勘探开发中测井技术的瓶颈问题,设计了微电阻率扫描成像测井仪数据采集系统。该系统以ADSP21992YST为核心,通过模数转换芯片、可编程增益放大器、前置放大器以及CAN总线驱动器实现实时数据采集。用该系统进行了测试试验,试验中实现了快扫和慢扫2种测井模式,测量精度大大提高,特别是高阻地层图像得到很大的改善。In order to solve the bottleneck problem in logging technology in the current oil and gas exploration and development in our country,the data acquisition system in microresistivity scanning imaging logging tool is designed.With the ADSP21992YST as core,the system can realize the real-time data acquisition through analog to digital convertor,programmable gain amplifier,preamplifier and CAN bus driver.The system is tested,and the rapid scanning and slow scanning logging modes are realized with logging accuracy improved greatly,especially the high-resistance formation image improved greatly.
