摘  要:利用DMA242热机械分析仪,研究了增粘树脂类型、高耐磨炉黑用量、测试频率等因素对氯化丁基橡胶阻尼材料动态力学性能的影响。结果表明,增粘树脂对材料动态力学性能具有显著影响,加入3#增粘树脂材料的损耗因子峰值最大,损耗因子峰值温度最高;随着高耐磨炉黑用量增大,材料的损耗因子峰值降低、损耗因子峰值温度升高;随着测试频率由3.33Hz到1.66Hz逐渐减小,材料的损耗因子峰值温度逐渐降低,损耗因子峰值逐渐减小。The effects of tackifying resin style,high abrasion furnace black content,testing frequency to dynamic mechanical properties were studied by DMA 242. The results showed that taekifying resin had significant effect on the dynamic mechanical property,the material has the biggest peak of tgδ and the highest peak temperature of tgδ which has 3^# tackifying resin; the peak of tgδ decreased and the peak temperature of tgδ increased with the increasing of high abrasion furnace black content; the peak of tgδ and the peak temperature of tgδ decreased gradually with the decreasing of testing frequency from 3.33 Hz to 1.66 Hz gradually.
