摘  要:对以Fe2+、Ni2+为发黑剂的三价铬黑色钝化工艺进行研究,考查钝化工艺对黑色钝化膜耐蚀性、装饰性的影响。采用钝化/封闭/罩光漆处理工艺能够大幅度提高钝化件的耐蚀性和装饰性,满足高耐蚀性要求。控制温度、pH值、钝化时间和钝化液的开缸比例能够提高钝化膜的耐蚀性和装饰性。Trivalent chromium black passivation with Fe^2+ and Ni^2+ as blackening reagents was studied, and the effect of the passivation process on the corrosion resistance and decoration property of the black passivation film was investigated. The results show that passivation-sealing-finishing varnish can significantly improve the corrosion resistance and decoration property of the passivated parts, meeting the requirement for high corrosion resistance. The corrosion resistance and decoration property of the passivated parts can be improved by controlling the temperature, pH value, passivation time and concentration of passivation solution.
