摘　　要：提出一种新型的三电平直流变换器,它采用器件直接串联的形式,通过两个隔直电容提供中间电平,每个开关承受的最大电压应力为Uin/2。同时,通过输出倍频控制可减小输出电感体积。搭建了一套实验装置,经验证,电路工作原理正确,可以正常工作。Novel three-level DC/DC Converter is proposed,in which four switching devices are connected in series and two blocking capacitors are utilized to provide middle electrical levels.The voltage stress on each switch is half of input voh- age,i.e.U,,/2.With output double-frequency control the value of output inductance can be reduced 50% compared with conventional DC/DC converter.The principle of operation and the DC characteristics of the new converter are analyzed and verified on a 100 W experimental prototype.
