摘  要:通过拉脱试验和密封性能试验研究了工作温度和胀管率等因素对锆换热器管子-管板接头连接强度和密封性能的影响。试验结果表明,①在其它参数不变的情况下,采用橡胶柔性胀接的Zr/16MnR和Zr/316L管子-管板接头的拉脱强度随着工作温度(20~300℃)的增加而呈直线下降。②锆管胀接接头的拉脱强度随着温度的增加而下降的速度比钛管胀接接头要快,即锆管胀接接头拉脱强度受温度的影响更为明显。③在试验的胀管参数和试验温度下,其拉脱强度可以满足相关标准规范中[q]≥3.0MPa的要求。④随着工作温度(20~300℃)的升高,其接头的密封性能显著下降。⑤采用橡胶柔性胀接加机械滚胀可以较大幅度地提高胀接接头的密封性能。在此基础上,提出了锆材换热器管子-管板强度胀接头的主要设计和制造要点。Special requirements of the design and manufacture of zirconium tube-to-tubesheet joints for the special physicochemical property of zirconium was introduced. The influences of working temperature and expansion rate on strength and sealing performance of tube-to-tubesheet joints were investigated respectively by pulling-out experiment and tightness test. The experimen- tal results showed that the strength of Zr/16MnR and Zr/316L joints decreases linearly with increasing of work temperature (in the range of 20~300℃ ). The strength of Zirconium tube joints decreased faster than that of the Ti tube joints with the increase in temperature. And the pulling out strength of joints in the experiment could meet the standard requirements([q]≥3.0 MPa). The sealing performance of the joints increased greatly when mechanical tube-expanding technology was employed additionally in this case. The key technology of strength expansion for designing tube-to tubesheet joints of Zirconium heat exchanger was put forward based on experiment results.
