摘 要:本文采用氧—乙炔火焰粉末喷涂设备,将WC-12Co硬质合金粉末喷涂到浮封环上,在氢气保护下进行了中温处理,对涂层的结合强度、表面显微硬度等方面进行了研究;在室温干摩擦条件下,进行了WC热喷涂层/GCr15摩擦副与Q235/GCr15摩擦副的滑动摩擦对比试验,比较了WC热喷涂层和Q235的摩擦系数和耐磨性;并对涂层磨损形貌进行了扫描电镜观察。研究结果表明,浮封环经过硬质合金喷涂后,硬度和强度提高,其抗磨损能力比基体提高了近100倍。WC-12Co cemented carbide was spayed to the floating oil seal ring, by means of the oxygen-acetylene flame powder spraying equipment. With the mid-temperate treatment under the H2 protection atmosphere, the bonding strength, surface microstructure hardness of the coating were studied. Under the normal temperature and dry friction condition, the friction coefficient and wearing resistance of the friction pairs between WC-Co mid-temperature treatment coating/GCr15 and Q235/GCr15 during sliding friction experiments were contrastly studied. And the worn trace' s micrographs of WC-Co mid-temperature treatment coating were observed and analyzed according to SEM. The results showed that after thermal sprayed coating the rigidity and intensity of the floating oil seal ring was increased and the wear-resisting property of the coating was 100 times higher than its matrix metal.
