摘　　要：目的评价甘孜州2008年麻疹减毒活疫苗(MV)强化免疫效果,为制定消除麻疹策略提供参考依据。方法综合分析各县上报的麻疹强化免疫报表、快速评估调查报告和各县的法定传染病报告系统资料。结果甘孜州2008年麻疹减毒活疫苗强化免疫共接种目标儿童219546人;快速评估调查1712人;报告接种率和调查接种均大于95%;漏卡儿童和零剂次儿童主要分布在18个县8～12月龄婴儿中。结论甘孜州2008年麻疹强化免疫活动取得了一定的成效。Objective To evaluated the effect of strengthen immunity of attenuated live meales vaccine in Ganzi Prefectnre in 2008 so as to provide refperences for controlling measles. Method The data on strengthen immunity of measles reported by the 18 counties were comprehensively analysed. Results A total of 219 546 taget children were raccinated with attenuated live measles vaccine in Ganzi Prefecture in 2008. Totally 1 712 children were investigated, and the reported and investigated vaccination rates were all above 95%. Children without immunization card reached 19.85% （18 518/93 297）, and the highes rate of children without immunizntion card reached 24. 23% among children aged 8-12 months. Until now, 90. 15% children without immunization card were reissued. Conclusion Certain effect has been achived in strengthen immunity of measles in Ganzi Prefccture in 2008.
