怀化地区中小学卫生保健服务工作能力调查

摘　　要：目的了解怀化地区中小学校卫生保健服务工作能力,为管理决策提供依据。方法2006-09/2007-10调查怀化地区中小学,内容包括保健教师配备、医务室配置与装备、医疗工作与健康教育工作开展情况。结果共调查55所学校。89.1%的学校配有保健教师,但社会企业办学校均未配备保健教师。专职保健教师占34.7%,农村学校为16.7%,低于县城和城市学校的45.2%(P<0.05)。74.5%的学校配有医务室,但农村学校的比例只有50.0%,低于县城和城市学校的88.6%(P<0.01);民族地区学校(59.4%)低于非民族地区学校(95.7%)(P<0.01)。87.8%的学校医务室能开展业务工作,但34.1%的学校医务室仅提供常用药服务。78.2%的学校开展健康教育工作,健康教育形式主要为课堂讲授。结论怀化地区中小学卫生保健工作能力较弱,应强化医务室和卫生保健教师队伍的建设,尤其是社会和企业办学及地处农村学校。Objective To understand the faeuhy of health care service of schools in Huaihua City, and provide basis for school health supervision. Method From September 2006 to October 2007, questionnaire with contents of health care teacher, school health clinic, medical survice and health education was used to survey schools. Results Totally 55 schools were surveyed. 89. 1% of them had health care teacher, but no health care teacher for schools run by societies and enterprises. The percentage of full-time health care teacher was 16. 7% for schools in countryside and 45.2% for schools in town and city（P 〈0. 05）. The most school had health clinic, but only 50. 0% for schools run by societies and enterprises and 88.6% for state schools （ P 〈 0. 01） , 59.4% for ethnic areas＇ schools and 95.7% for non：ethnic areas＇ schools （P 〈 0. 01 ）. 87. 8% schools could perform health care service, but 34. 1% of which only provided common drugs. 78.2% schools engaged in health education. The major means for health education was classroom lectures. Conclusion Construction of school health elinic and health care teacher should be strengthened in primary and secondary schools in Huaihua City, especially these schools in countryside and run by societies and enterprises.
