摘 要:川西地区重点勘探开发区块A气田遂宁组和B气田蓬莱镇组气藏由于前期压裂工艺技术的不配套,使得压裂施工成功率低、措施有效率低,严重影响了气藏的有效开发。压裂伤害机理研究表明,压裂过程中的伤害主要来源于压裂液和支撑剂造成的裂缝伤害,提出了压裂改造应从低伤害压裂液、压裂优化设计、返排工艺等多个方面降低伤害。研制形成的低稠化剂压裂液稠化剂浓度下降20%、伤害下降11.7%、残渣下降16%。在铺砂浓度实验、前期施工井评价和典型井的模拟和优化的基础上,确定了A气田遂宁组气藏和B气田蓬莱镇组气藏的最优压裂施工方案,形成了以线性加砂工艺技术、变粘压裂工艺技术、低砂比压裂工艺技术、多层压裂工艺、液氮+纤维高效返排等降低施工难度、实现低伤害压裂的配套集成技术。通过低伤害压裂技术的应用,使B气田蓬莱镇组气藏压后平均无阻流量由项目开展前的1.90×104m3/d上升到8.5137×104m3/d,使得A气田遂宁组气藏在2005年底提交天然气含气面积129.07km2,探明储量100.78×108m3,具备持续高速勘探开发的潜力。低伤害压裂技术在川西其它气田得到了推广应用,也为近期目标区块的勘探开发以及类似储层天然气的勘探开发提供了重要的经验和参考价值。Low success rate of fracturing and low-efficiency measures caused by inappropriate fracturing technology have seriously affected the effective development of Penglaizhen and Suiningzu gas reservoir. The research results of fracturing damage mechanism showed that major damage was the damage of fracturing fluid and propping agent to fracture in the fracturing process. The paper put forward the methods of reduce formation damage,i.e. development low-damage fracturing fluid,optimization fracturing design and flowback technology. The concentration of low viscosifying fracturing fluid decreased 20 percent,the damage to reservoir decreased 11.7 percent and residue dropped down 16 percent. The optimal fracturing operation project suited for low permeability and tight gas field in western Sichuan has been determined based on simulation and optimization of a typical well. And some matching low damage fracturing techniques were formed,such as linear sanding technology,low proppant concentration fracturing technique,multiple fracturing technique etc. The application of low damage fracturing technology showed that the natural gas production was increased form 1.90×104m3/d to 8.5137×104m3/d in the Penglaizhen gas reservoir of field A,and gas-bearing area was high up to 129.07km2,the explored gas reserves have exceeded 100.78×108m3 in Suiningzu gas reservoir of field B in 2005. Low damage fracturing technology has been applied in other gas field of Western Sichuan,and it provided an important and valuable experience for the exploration and development of natural gas reservoir in Similar reservoir.
