摘　　要：欠烧料是在低温条件下形成的一种熟料。它不仅影响熟料的质量,而且制约着产量的提高。本文详细分析了欠烧料形成的原因,并针对本厂工艺情况进行了技术改造和配料方案的调整,达到了消除欠烧料、提高强度和增加产量的目的。Under-burned clinker is formed under low temperature burning which not only effect clinker quality, but also restrict capacity improvement. In view of this situation, the author made detail analysis on the formation of under-burned clinker, and present how the technical modification and material proportioning is made. By technical improvement, under-burned clinker is eliminated, and strength and capacity are both increased.
