摘 要:采用多测点长岩心实验研究了大庆喇萨杏三类油层注聚的可行性。重点考察了分子量800万和1000万聚合物溶液在长岩心注入过程中注入能力和驱油性能的变化。研究了聚合物分子量、溶液浓度及端面堵塞程度对其注入能力的影响,分析了注入过程中近井地带和油藏深部聚合物溶液流变性的变化,并给出了阻力系数和残余阻力系数的沿程分布。实验结果表明:近井堵塞和剪切吸附损失是影响低渗透油藏注聚可行性两个突出且相互矛盾的因素。与短岩心相比,长岩心能够反映出聚合物的运移过程及运移距离对注聚效果的影响。以注入性和驱油性能为依据优化聚合物分子量、浓度或处理注入井附近油层是改善低渗透油藏注聚效果的两种可行途径。Taking advantage of long multi-measure point cores,the feasibility of polymer flooding was studied by laboratory experiments in La-sa-xing tertiary-main layers of Daqing oilfield. The injectability and oil displacement property of polymer solution with molecule weight 8 106 and 10 106 were discussed. The effect of molecule,concentration and end plugging on injectivity were analyzed. In addition,rheological property of polymer solution immediate vicinity of wellbore and in deep reservoir was analyzed,the distributions of resistance factor and residual resistance factor were given. Experimental results showed that plugging near well bore and viscosity loss caused by shear and adsorption were two contradictory factors influencing feasibility of polymer injection in low permeability reservoir. Compared with short cores,long multi-measure point cores can illustrate the influence of migration process and distance of polymer solution on polymer flooding efficiency. It is two effective ways by optimizing polymer molecule and concentration or treating layers near well bore to improve polymer flooding efficiency in low permeability reservoir.
