摘 要:纤维技术是近年国外发展的一项新技术,在防止压裂后支撑剂回流、降低裂缝伤害等方面具有明显的优势,为了评价纤维的性能,对加入纤维后对支撑剂导流能力的影响进行了实验研究。实验结果表明:不同的纤维与不同的支撑剂组合时,纤维都存在一个最优的加量浓度;在低闭合压力下,纤维的加入可以提高原支撑剂的导流能力,而在闭合压力超过某临界压力后纤维的加入则会降低支撑剂的导流能力;加入纤维后支撑剂在不同铺置浓度下的导流能力较为接近。实验结果总体表明,最优的纤维加入浓度对支撑剂导流能力影响不大,但在实际应用时应结合纤维性能和支撑剂性能通过实验确定在储层闭合压力下纤维的最优加量浓度。纤维对支撑剂导流能力影响实验结果对纤维技术在油气井增产措施中的推广应用具有指导意义。The fiber technology was an innovation which was developed overseas in recent years. It has the obvious superiority in preventing the proppant backflow,reducing the crack damage after fracturing and so on. In order to appraise the performance of the fiber,the influence of fiber on flow conductivity of the proppant was studied. The results showed that:when different fiber was combined with different proppant,the concentration of fiber had an optimum value; under low closure pressure,the flow conductivity of the proppant added fiber had been improved. When closure pressure was over the critical pressure,the flow conductivity of the proppant added fiber was lowered. After adding fiber,the flow conductivity of different concentration proppant was similar. The experimental results showed that the optimum value of the fiber concentration barely affects the flow conductivity of the proppant. But taking into account the practical application of the fiber,the optimum value of the fiber concentration must be determined by experiments under reservoir closure pressure. The experimental results are significant for popularization and application of fiber technology in stimulation of well.
