摘  要:目的探讨儿童睡眠障碍对体格发育的影响。方法2007年2-7月,对宁夏地区市、县、乡13所学校6000名6-14岁儿童进行睡眠障碍抽样调查。并对其家长进行睡眠障碍发生情况、家庭社会环境因素和儿童生长发育调查。对916例睡眠障碍的儿童,按照不同年龄段,随机抽取280名,了解其体格发育的情况,并和正常同龄儿童相比较。结果在城市地区睡眠障碍组儿童体重明显高于正常对照组,差别有统计学意义(P<0.05),9-和10-11岁组身高与正常组差异均无统计学意义;农村地区睡眠障碍儿童身高低于正常对照组,有统计学意义(P<0.05),而体重无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论睡眠障碍会影响儿童生长发育,故应引起儿科、儿保工作人员及家长的重视。Objective To study the impact of sleeping disorder on physical development of children. Methods From Feb. to Jul. of 2007, 6000 aged 6 - 14 years old children from 13 schools located in cities, counties and rural areas in Ningxia. They were investigated with questionnaires;and meanwhile the interviews to individuals parents were also conducted by the specialized professionals on children's sleeping disorder situation, family and social influencing environment, and children's growth and development as well. In 916 cases with sleeping disorder from the total investigated children population, 280 cases with sleeping disorder were randomly sampled based on their age groups and compared to the normal ones correspondingly. Results The weight of children with sleeping disorder groups was greater than that in normal ones in cities ( P 〈 0. 05 ) ; the height of children with sleeping disorder was less than that of normal groups in rural area, and it was of significance in statistics ( P 〈 0.05 ), however, it was not significant in weight ( P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion The children with sleeping disorder has an impact on physical development of children, therefore pediatrician, doctors for children healthcare and parents should pay high attention to it.
