摘　　要：目的分析2型糖尿病患者24 h尿白蛋白定量(24 h-UAE)的特点及影响因素。方法选取住院的249例2型糖尿病患者,根据24h尿白蛋白排泄量分为正常白蛋白尿组、微量白蛋白尿组和大量白蛋白尿组,回顾分析。结果①年龄、糖尿病病程、高血压、总胆固醇和24h-UAE均呈正相关;②病程、总胆固醇、收缩压是糖尿病肾病的主要危险因子。结论糖尿病肾病的防治应全面控制好血压、血脂、血糖。Objective To analyse the characteristics of 24h -urinary albumin excretion （24h -UAE） and the related influencing factors in type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods A retrospective analysis of the excretion and the related influencing factors of 24h - urinary albumin in type 2 diabetes mellitus were conducted based on 249cases in our department. According to 24h - UAE, they were divided into three groups： Normoalbum inura group, Microalbum inura group, Macroalbum inuria group. Results Comparing means among three groups, the age, course of type 2 diabetes mellitus, hypertension, TC were found increasing with 24 - hUAE increasing. Multi - factor linear regression analyses of this study showed that the risk factors related with diabetic nephmpathy were courses of diseases, TC and diastolic pressure. Conclusion controlling blood pressure, blood sugar and blood lipid strictly are an effective way of better prevention and treatment of diabetic nephmpathy.
