摘  要:对191#不饱和聚酯树脂浇铸体进行氙灯人工加速老化,通过测试不同老化时间试样的DMA、老化后官能团的变化(FTIR)、表面光泽度,研究了氙弧光对191#不饱和聚酯弯曲性能的影响。研究表明,氙灯老化730h后树脂发生后固化,聚酯分子主链增长,交联密度增大,Tg升高,纯树脂弯曲强度由未老化的21MPa上升到33MPa;老化后期,聚酯分子链进一步增长,但其分子链间交联密度下降,Tg下降,而老化到2 880h时聚酯的弯曲强度下降到20MPa;氙灯老化后聚酯树脂表面失光明显。The effects on the bending strength of the 191# unsaturated polyester casting were studied by xenon arc lamp artificial aging ( X-A ). The dynamic mechanical properties ( DMA ), changes of functional group ( FTIR), glossiness were employed to analyze the ageing. The experiment results showed that the bend strength was increased from 21MPa ( before aging) to 33MPa ( after 730h for X-A), but it decreased to 20MPa after 2 880h for X-A. The increasing was the stage of post cure, increasing of the main chain, glass transition temperature (Tg) and cross linking density (ne). The decreasing was the stage of degradation, increasing of the main chain but sharp decreasing of Tg and he. After the X-A, the gloss reductions of the casting were obvious.
