摘　　要：本文通过对"5.12"汶川地震危重伤员医疗救治工作组织管理工作的回顾,总结分析危重伤员医疗救治的组织架构、医疗原则、运行机制等方面取得的基本经验,主要包括四集中原则、专家体系、定点收治、转院秩序、信息管理等,为今后灾害事故危重伤员医疗救治工作提供有益借鉴,并以此文告慰在汶川地震中无奈逝去的生命,感谢在医疗救治中无私奉献的人们。By general analysis of medical service organization about patients critically wounded in 5· 12 Wenchuan earthquake, to summarize the experience from the service process,mainly including four concentration principles.expert consultation system,fixed aecepfion, patient transfer system and information flow etc. ,to provide practica I reference for the future, while to memorize the lives gone in the earthquake and acknowlege the people dedication in the service.
