2型糖尿病合并高血压患者动态血压分析

摘　　要：目的了解2型糖尿病合并高血压患者的动态血压特点。方法对所有患者进行24h动态血压监测(24hABPM)。结果2型糖尿病合并高血压患者昼夜节律消失率、24hSBP、nSBP、24hPP、nPP、nMBP明显高于单纯高血压组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);而dSBP、24hDBP、dDBP、nDBP、dPP、24hMBP、dMBP则差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论糖尿病合并高血压患者正常的杓型动态血压节律消失较明显,收缩压负荷、夜间收缩压升高明显。靶器官损害与血压节律异常可能有一定关系。Objective To study the ambulatory blood pressure feature of 2-type diabetes mellitus with essentiat hypertension.Methods 24hABPM were measured in all hypertensive patients.Results The rate circadian rhythm disappearance of blood pressure,24KSBP,nSBP、24hPP,nPP,nMBP in the group of essential hypertension with 2-type diabetes melltus were significantly high than that in the group of essential hypertension without 2-type diabetes mellitus. There have significantly difference（ P 〈 0.05）. however, there were no significantly diference（ P〉 0.05）in dSBP,24hDBP, dDBP, nDB, dPP,24hMBP, dMBP.Condusion essential hypertension with 2-type diabetes mellitus patients have lost the normal dipper rhythm of ambulatory blood pressure obviously,especially rising in stress of SBP,nSBP.There may be certain inherent relations between target organ and abnormality of rhythm of blood pressure
