若干稀土钒酸盐中Eu^(3+)和Dy^(3+)的发光性质

摘　　要：本文报道在钒酸盐ＬｎＶＮｂ２Ｏ９（Ｌｎ＝Ｙ，Ｇｄ，Ｌａ）、Ｂａ２ＬｎＶ３Ｏ１１（Ｌｎ＝Ｙ，Ｇｄ）和ＹＰｘＶ１－ｘＯ４（０＜ｘ＜１．０）中Ｅｕ３＋和Ｄｙ３＋的发光性质．实验结果表明，Ｅｕ３＋的红橙比和Ｄｙ３＋的黄蓝比与钒酸盐中稀土离子的格位对称性、被取代离子Ｌｎ３＋的电荷半径比（Ｚ／ｒ）及邻近元素的电负性有关．In this paper,the Red to Orange intensity ratio(R/O) of Eu 3+ and the Yellow to Blue intensity ratio(Y/B) of Dy 3+ in LnVNb 2O 9(Ln=Y,Gd,Ln),Ba 2LnV 3O 11 (Ln=Y,Gd) and YP xV 1-x O 4(0<x<1) are reported.It indicated that R/O of Eu 3+ and Y/B of Dy 3+ are related to site symmetry,charge to radius(Z/r) of Ln 3+ and electronegativity of the next neighbor element.
