摘 要:通过试验和数理统计分析,对应用MAC-G全自动工业分析仪与国标法测定煤的工业分析进行对比,结果表明,两种方法无显著差异,而且差值的置信区间也很小。MAC-G分析仪在180min内可分析19个样品的分析基水分、灰分和挥发分,不仅提升了测试效率,也减少了人为因素的影响,大大提高了分析结果的可靠性。By means of test and data theoretical analysis, the application of MAC-G full automatic industrial analyzer and proximate analysis for coal measurement with international standard method was com- pared, there was no obvious difference between these two methods, the confidence interval of different value was very small, MAG-G analyzer can analyze analytical basic moisture, ash and volatile matter of 19 samples within 180 minutes, which not only increases test efficiency, also reduce the influence of manual analysis, so that reliability of analytical result was greatlv increased.
